Steven Greenbaum

Steven graduated from Tulane University School of Law in 1983. He has been practicing law as a Florida-licensed attorney ever since. After a brief stint in private practice focused on securities defense litigation, Steven served many years as senior counsel for UBS Financial Services. He then became general counsel for TradeStation Securities, a self-directed online broker-dealer and futures commission merchant.

Throughout his career, Steven has advised his clients on a wide variety of legal and strategic issues, including dispute resolution, regulatory enforcement, policies and procedures, financial reporting, human resources, risk management, operations and clearing, anti-money laundering, and product management.

Steven is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®. He previously held multiple industry licenses (including 3, 7, 14, 24, 30, 34, 63, and SIE). Steven is also a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator. He occasionally serves as a FINRA non-public arbitrator. He is a past president of the Florida Securities Dealers & Advisors Association, where he received the Leadership Award in 2023.

Steven believes giving back to the profession and the community is very important. In addition to pro-bono work and serving as a mentor in the Florida Bar Mentoring Program, he also serves as an advisor on the National Advisory Council for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. This national charitable organization aims to change the lives of children with cancer. It does so through funding impactful research, raising awareness, supporting families, and empowering everyone to help cure childhood cancer.

David Weintraub

David graduated from Vassar College in 1981 with a BA in Economics and from Rutgers Law School in 1984. He has practiced law in Florida since October 1984 and is also admitted in New York and Nebraska. After 6½ years in private practice focused on securities defense, David joined Prudential Securities as in-house counsel in 1991. He remained until 1997, then opened his own practice representing investors, financial professionals, and others in litigation and regulatory matters.

David has been a trial lawyer throughout his career, trying cases in arbitration, federal, and state courts. He believes the best tried case is a settled one, but has litigated when settlement was impossible or impractical. As an advisor, he guides clients to avoid unnecessary litigation.

David is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell®, and is a Florida Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator and Qualified Arbitrator.

David values giving back to his profession and community. He recently completed ten years as a Volunteer Guardian Ad Litem in Broward County, Florida. In 2019, Governor DeSantis named him Volunteer of the Year in the Guardian Ad Litem program. David has served on three Bar Committees and held leadership roles in the Florida Bar Elder Law Section.
