Our Commitment to Accessibility
GW ADR is dedicated to providing full and equal access to our services for people with disabilities. We comply with all applicable state and federal laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 U.S.C. § 12101 et seq.), and we strive to make our services and resources inclusive for everyone.
Following Best Practices
To meet accessibility standards, we follow the World Wide Web Consortium’s (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 (WCAG 2.1) at the AA level. These guidelines are designed to ensure web content is usable by people with a wide range of disabilities—including blindness, visual impairments, motor limitations, cognitive disabilities, and more.
Requesting Accommodations
We work with individuals to provide reasonable modifications, auxiliary aids, and services, and to remove communication or structural barriers whenever possible. If you need an accommodation, you may submit a request:
- By completing our secure online form
- By filling out and returning our downloadable PDF
- In another written format
- Orally, by phone or in person
All requests must include a description of the accommodation sought. We handle all accommodation requests with confidentiality, in accordance with the law.
How We Review Requests
Once we receive your request, GW ADR will work with you to explore potential accommodations. However, requests may be denied if:
- The modification would fundamentally alter the nature of GW ADR’s services or facilities
- The accommodation would create an undue burden
- Removing the barrier is not readily achievable
- Denial is otherwise permitted by law
